C.B. Milligan Confections creates hand sceened shirts by combining quality materials with vintage inspired American design.
My great great grandfather started C.B. Milligan Confections when he returned home from the Civil War. Back then it was a candy company operating out of his family’s home in the North Side of Pittsburgh with C.B. making sales calls on his horse and wagon. Business thrived until 1891 when something spooked his horse and he bolted over the edge of Troy Hill, dragging the wagon of candy and C.B. along with him.
